If you are looking for a base to explore the Pembrokeshire coastline, I can think of no better base than the Fenton Cottages. Particularly if you are bringing the family dog, or in my case, two spaniels. This was my second stay, and it was just as good as my first.

The cottage is ideally set in a peaceful, secluded area. It was spacious, comfortable and homely. The garden is private and I thoroughly enjoyed the many butterflies, small birds and bees that gathered round the buddleia each day. It was a spectacle to watch the bats swooping over the pond at dusk. Little Haven beach is a short walk away, over fields and lanes. A great place for swimming, rock pooling and delicious ice cream! I would thoroughly recommend the cottage as the perfect base for folks and their dogs to discover all that Pembrokeshire has to offer.

A quiet corner in a well equipped cottage. Within a short drive of coastal walks and beautiful beaches. If you are looking for basic but quiet this is for you. We did miss having views to look out on but as we were out for most of the day this wasn't a drawback.
