Sea Heights is a modern single-storey cottage in Saundersfoot, West Wales. Positioned above the town with sea views from the front terrace, this property sits just half a mile from the sandy beach and town centre. The cottage sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms.

Saundersfoot offers a busy marina and direct access to the Wales Coast Path. The beach is perfect for sea kayaking and surfing. Tenby lies three miles along the coast with two sandy beaches and independent shops. Folly Farm sits 3.5 miles away.

The accommodation features a master double with en-suite shower room, a second double, one twin and one bunk room. All bedrooms have TVs. The family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower. Two large bi-fold doors open from the open-plan living space onto the rear garden.

The enclosed rear garden has raised lawns and a patio with BBQ. Parking for two cars is available onsite. Note the fairly steep climb returning from town.

A beautiful modern property in a fabulous location, well placed for visiting the wider area. The property is a ten minute walk down the hill to the centre of Saundersfoot, but maybe a twenty minute walk back up the hill! The bungalow was very comfortable and well furnished, exceptionally clean and well presented. The garden was perfect and totally secure for our two small dogs. The only issue is the gradient of the driveway from the road, as mentioned in the description it is steep, and we found it a challenge even in a Honda CRV. That said, given the location and quality of the accommodation we would return to the property.

Saundersfoot, Tenby & Amroth was beautiful, we where able to catch the bus several times from around the corner to get us to where we wanted to go. There was enough parking for 3x cars, Plenty of chairs outside to have a BBQ and enjoy the garden.

We had a lovely weekend break here. 4 adult ladies relaxing and plenty of chats and laughter. The bungalow is gorgeous and very spacious. Owner left some goodies which were much appreciated. I found my bed comfy and had no back issues which I get at home. Which Iâ??d looked for the make now lol. I would definitely recommend this gorgeous cottage/ bungalow and am looking to take my grandchildren there later on in the year.

Absolutely loved our stay at 'Sea Heights'. The open plan living space made all 8 of us feel like we had enough space and not on top of each other. All the beds and bedding provided were comfortable and clean. Garden is beautiful, although we didn't get it to use it as we stayed in Feb. Location is perfect for exploring Saundersfoot by foot and for driving to Tendy which is only a short drive away. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend staying at Sea Heights, we will definitely be going back.

We arrived in the dark and it was lovely and welcoming to have the lights and heating on and Christmas decorations. Plenty of room for us all, with 3 young children to play and 2 dogs as we had lots of rain over the New Year. We were able to see the sea and watched the fireworks from the balcony. It is up a hill but the children and even our 14 year old dog walked it a few time. We celebrated my husbands birthday he was 72 and Iâ??m 69 no problem with the hill. We will be back hopefully with better weather. This is a lovely home.
