Tyr Wennol Reviews

Damian
Well equipped cottage, with a great main bedroom, shower is very good & having two loos is handy! Bring wood & kindling for the woodburner. Kitchen needs a bit of love, & lounge needs to be made more comfy. The road that is next to the cottage can be busy & it is fast. You need to be guided onto the road. Garden is not as big as it looks in the pictures, side garden gate broken. Whilst value is ok by the time you have added £53 booking fee, £25 waiver, £50 for pets ... It adds up.
Nick

Ian
A wonderful cottage full of character and charm. A lovely enclosed garden which we and our dog thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Ideal location close to Fishguard, but easy to access the coast etc
Rosemary
The cottage is really well placed for exploring the north of Pembrokeshire; a 5min drive into Fishguard and about 20mins into St David's, plus plenty of coastal walks close by as well. The cottage feels private and cosy on a rainy day, however it is pretty dark even on a bright day given its position in the hillside (at the back). The sofa and bed were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, just beware that the hot water can run out by the evening if 2 showers are had! We recommend the cottage for exploring and enjoying Pembrokeshire.
Evelyn
We had such a lovely week in this cottage, it was super cosy and a lovely place to be whatever the weather! The garden is gorgeous in the sunshine and the cottage is really nice and cosy if it's raining, with plenty of books/games to entertain you. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, and plenty of plates and bowls. The bed was really comfy and we really appreciated the enclosed garden (plus the driveway had a gate as well so very dog friendly!). We really loved the location as well, in a small hamlet only 5 minutes outside of Fishguard, so nice a peaceful but close to shops/pubs etc. Thanks for a great week!
Amanda
We had to leave early due to ill health, the kitchen was fully and urgently needs an upgrade, door with cellotape on due to how bad the doors were. I cannot stress how bad this room was which was very surprising as the rest of the cottage was spotless.
