The location is exceptional. You're two minutes from town centre shops, bars and restaurants. A secret tunnel from the garden leads straight onto the harbour and beach. North Beach stretches out below while other beaches are less than half a mile away.

Seven bedrooms include a king-size on the first floor, a king-size and super-king-size on the second floor and three bedrooms on the third floor (king-size with en-suite, double and super-king-size). The fourth floor has a quadruple with four singles. Six bathrooms serve the house, one of them a huge bathroom with a free-standing bath.
