This is a large and well equipped apartment. It overlooks Saundersfoot Bay, and is very handy for shops and pubs etc. It is at the top of the building, so bear in mind that there are several flights of stares.

The apartment is really roomy and light. The lounge area is comfortable, the bedrooms comfortable and modern. The only downside was noise from outside. We visited in September so this wasnâ??t as bad as Iâ??d imagine it would be in the summer, but if you book a place on the Main Street then I guess you have to expect it. I would definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing for sea views and the morning sun and locality to shops and restaurants. Nice to have a property where we didn't need to get the car out all week, as everything is so close. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the apartment it is immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. We were short of glasses and asked for a top up and for a stuck window to be opened and this was resolved within hours so fantastic hostess. The location is perfect as itâ??s in the middle of everything you could possibly want at the seaside. Would recommend without reservation and we will be back.

Great accommodation and location very clean and tidy. Lovely views of sea from lounge and both bedrooms. Music a couple of evenings from the boathouse below but to be fair finished by 11:30 pm , I personally enjoyed the music.

Bay view is a wonderful apartment in the centre of Saundersfoot, allowing access to shops, restaurants, beach and harbour. Very clean, well equipped and parking for 2 vehicles. It is second floor, therefore emptying and reloading car is quite a workout. Be mindful that the apartment is above 3 bars which become lively and noisy at the weekend, making the double bedrooms noisy. We would happily stay here again.

Great apartment in a central location with fantastic views of the Saundersfoot's harbour. Top floor so be prepared for a stairs but a lovely spacious appartment that easily accomodated our party of 6. Well equipped apartment modern appartment that we would use again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic apartment, it was clean & spacious with great sea views. It was ideal for us being within such close proximity to the beach and all local amenities. Next time we will be prepared and get a booking with The Stone Crab. We would highly recommend a trip to Lokkys and the seafood deli was delicious too. We took trips to Caldey Island & Folly Farm, there's so much to do basically on your doorstep. We can't wait to come back & stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment with lovely sea view. Nespresso coffee machine was a welcome bonus! Good location within very short walking distance of the beach, independent shops and local amenities. Ample car parking for two cars. Stairs to apartment but no lift so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Only slight criticism would be excessive loud music one evening from the Boathouse bar and restaurant on the ground floor but it didn't ruin our stay. Top marks for property and location! Would stay again.
