This lodge was in a great location, lovely views and very quiet. The only sounds we could hear were bird songs. It was very well equipped and spacious.

Overall a lovely cottage, but a lot of issues need addressing. The outside doesnâ??t look welcoming it needs a good clean, locks arenâ??t good you have to force them. The windows need a good clean. More outside lighting. A very bad smell of sewerage. On the inside it looks great but a deeper look shows old cobwebs, dust under the middle sofa and down the side of the table by the tv. The coffee machine had mold in it from the filter not being cleaned. We did take a picture. Thatâ??s not acceptable. Luckily I took my own . The property is only being surface cleaned as we left it as we found it. Thatâ??s not fair on the owners if they are paying cleaners. Positives thereâ??s a great amount of utensils, glasses, cups, plates everything you need. We enjoyed our holiday but Iâ??m not sure we would return in the future. We enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely property - with stunning views and you can get a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The lodge had everything we needed and more with comfortable beds and sofas. Having two fridges in the kitchen was a real bonus. Beautifully furnished and a really well equipped kitchen. Access to the lodge is fine if you have a 4x4 otherwise we suggest reversing to avoid wheels spinning on the gravel lower down.
