Very convenient to the town of Saundersfoot, a quiet residential area, nice neighbours. The cottage was well equipped with all appliances working well. Very hilly area not easiest place to walk.

Good base for the area. The drive was quite steep and narrow, not apparent on the photograph, so we parked on the road. Most of the kitchen equipment and the appliances seemed brand new which was lovely. We tended to drive into Saundersfoot as my husband uses a mobility scooter and it would have been a steep descent with some obstructions due to roadworks. Have plenty of coins for car parks, not all have credit card facilities.

We found this bungalow to be very good, the kitchen is well equipped, the shower works really well, the bed is comfortable. If heating is required then the system is very efficient. We had no complaints only a few suggestions. Although we found the location to our liking, there is quite a climb from the front to the bungalow and anyone not completely fit and mobile would find this to be an important issue .

Excellent stay at Ty Merlin. Comfy and quiet and very well equipped. Garden is secure unless you have a doggo who is determined to escape, as the drive at the side of the house only has a low gate which leads directly into the garden. Luckily our Cockapoo showed no interest in escaping and was happy to just stay in the garden.
