We have had a lovely stay in The Coach House When we booked we couldnâ??t actually think where it would be from the pictures. When we arrived it was above a nicely kept row of garages behind the chip shop by the arcade. I thought oh whatâ??s this going to be like?? Well it was fantastic !! The Coach House was immaculately clean and very spacious, well decorated and comfortable, Everything you needed was at hand and it was perfectly placed for the town and the beach, close to restaurants, pubs and shops. Parking was also a bonus too. We booked it at a very reasonable price, although I donâ??t know how much it is during peak season, but I would definitely stay again

This is an excellent and spacious apartment for a stay in Saundersfoot and the surrounding area. It was very clean, and the check-in process was flawless. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own food. We had a slight issue with the heating at arrival but were able to resolve it quickly using the information folder provided. I do recommend this apartment, but be aware that you need to be able to use stairs to access it.

Excellent property in Saundersfoot. It was clean and tidy and well equipped with plates, cutlery etc. It is in a prime location for the beach, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is roomy and light, with a great central location. It can be a little noisy due to music in the neighbouring pub, though that was only at the weekend and was finished by 11-11:30pm, but itâ??s worth bearing in mind if you are staying with children. Overall, the location outweighed any slight noise issues for us.

We loved our stay in The Coach House and it was great being so close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The flat feels spacious and warm and the roof windows make it really light and bright. The only downside of being central is that it can be noisy - we were woken early in the mornings by lorries unloading under the windows and bin lorries collecting from lots of bins outside that belong to surrounding businesses and flats.

Super flat in a brilliant location - we have returned many times because it is comfortable, spacious and so close to the centre. Car parking space is a real bonus in the busy summer months. Location near bars does mean noise but mostly calm by midnight.

The apartment was beautifully clean and a great location, we would definitely visit again, we had a lovely stay. It was very well equipped and modern. It was warm and very comfortable (sofas and beds). Considering the central location in town, there was no noise disruption. The downside was there was no view as such, but for us that didn't matter as we were out sightseeing most of the time and only used as a base location. It was great value for the centre of town and the level of accommodation/number of bedrooms etc, we were really satisfied and it exceeded our expectations.
