The cottage was in a fantastic location within the village and the garage parking and lovely garden were a bonus. The cottage was very comfortable and extremely well equipped - It is rare to find that there is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment available so that you don't have to worry about running out while the dishwasher is running. The spacious accommodation was perfect for a three generation family holiday. We will definitely return.

Very well refurbished house with all mod cons. With 4 bedrooms it caters for get togethers of friends or larger family groups including one on ground floor. Great location for touring Pembrokeshire with its castles, coasts, countryside and Welsh/British heritage. Saundersfoot itself, Tenby, Caldey Island, Dylan Thomas, Pembroke, WW2, Puffins on Ramsey Island, lovely sandy beaches, mountains, rivers and coastal walking paths. Plus Adventure parks for little ones. So much to offer within 15-20 miles radius. And excellent restaurants within few hundred yards walking from the house to finish off an enjoyable day. We did. Highly recommended.

Plenty of space and the house contained everything you'd need for a family holiday. The garage is a huge bonus in terms of guaranteed parking and the amount of beach kit available to borrow. Plenty of toilets/bathrooms was really valued and the size of bedrooms and communal areas meant we had a wonderful break. Location is ideal for the shops and the beach and the two spacious gardens is (yet another) benefit of this cottage.

A lovely, well-equipped property in a fantastic location. Communication with the owners was easy and the information folder included lots of useful details about the house and local area. The double garage was very useful as parking in Saundersfoot can be tricky (and adds up!). If you want to go to Stonecrab and/or Lan y Mor restaurants I would suggest booking before you arrive in Saundersfoot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Beech Tree Cottage. The cottage was well presented, clean and tidy. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The dinning area easily seats 6 people. The lounge is comfortable with a large TV and loads of seating. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms are a great boon for a family group. The cottage has two well maintained gardens, front and rear where you can sit and enjoy the sun at any time of day. There is a huge two car garage which is brilliant as parking in Saundersfoot is at a premium. Last but not least, the property is less than a five minute walk to the beach and the town. The communication by Original Cottages and Sue Carbis was very good. All in all I would not hesitate to highly recommend this holiday cottage to anyone.
